About:
Gylly Beach is a shallow sandy dive, however is you don't mind sticking to the shallows or fancy a snorkel there is a rocky section to the east of the beach where a load of interesting marine life can be found. Although maybe not the most exciting shore dive for the qualified diver, it can be a fantastic teaching location. Cars can be parked on the road surrounding the beach or in the carpark next to it. For the shortest walk your best trying to park next to the gardens, kitting up at the car and then walking through the gardens and onto the beach. A busy public beach there can be a lot of surfers and swimmers in the water especially during the summer so care should be taken to stay out of the way of other people.
